Scope of Work
Valuation of Sapholda Venture Limited as at 31 December 2022
- Organizing and conducting interviews with SVL’s management, obtaining all relevant information in relation to the Company;
- Reviewing the historical financial performance of the Company over the period 1 January 2019 to 31 December 2022;
- Discussing with management the key strategic plans or initiatives in the pipeline (if any) that will impact on the operating prospects;
- Reviewing the forecast income statements and balance sheet with Management and discussing the key assumptions impacting these projections;
- Reviewing the trends impacting Ghana’s logistics sector, with a particular focus on SVL’s markets (Transportation & Warehousing) to corroborate to the assumptions used by Management to determine the projections;
- Using the secondary valuation approach of market multiples to obtain a valuation range; and
- Submitting our valuation report to the shareholders of SVL for discussions and finalisation.
Outcome
- A value was determined for the business based on the valuation methodologies applied. This aided management in their investment drive to expandCompany;
